PROJECT management in Discord channels

Discord can be be a busy place and now that LexDAO is developing initiatives and legal applications, some information should stay in "operations" while other information should be publicly available.

One option is to have two channels for each PROJECT (one gated to members and one that is public facing (with no token or special role required).

Another option is to keep the channel count down and only have a gated/private to LexDAO members or assigned roles, and all the public information should reside in one of the GENERAL channels.
