As a Foundation Director, I have a duty under the Lunar DAO Charter to support the Lunar DAO Bylaws.
The Lunar DAO Bylaws require a Code of Conduct be ratified by Lunar DAO.
The Lunar DAO Bylaws reference a Lunar DAO Code of Conduct that does not presently exist.
The Lunar Foundation requires Lunar DAO's approval for any change to DAO membership procedures. One was not drafted for the DAO transition, presumably to allow Lunar DAO to craft its own after the formation of the DAO was approved.
Section 2.3 of the Lunar DAO Bylaws references a Code of Conduct in connection with membership and access to information. Participation in Lunar communities has always been subject to a Code of Conduct, and the existing Code of Conduct should be sufficient for governing membership in Lunar DAO as well.
