SUMMARY The Web3 Music Coalition, led by our friend bestape (who also founded LexDAO's Clinic), is looking to present to DDEX various ways that DLT can improve the licensing and royalties aspects of the music industry. Here are bestape's own words about it:

"Hey all, I'll be presenting the following proposal at https://ddex.net/ 's plenary next month on the 16th in Miami to Google, Tencent, Spotify, Universal etc. https://docs.google.com/document/d/1PwxTZGAFAeuQ9F92rAJWfkB7V28Ql_qPL3nzuROXNXw/edit .

Also, we're offering sponsorships within our presentation. Which means a sponsor's logo & website will be included in a sponsors slide. Our presentation will be circulated to all DDEX members in a week or two. So it's a great way to share your brand with deciders in these organizations. Sponsorship tiers will be: gold at $500, silver at $250, bronze at $100. Given the short turnaround DM me asap if interested.

I propose Lobby3 provide a gold sponsorship (0.25 ETH) to this presentation, should W3M Coalition be asked to give this presentation to DDEX. The 0.25 ETH would go to W3M Coalition's official wallet. MISSION & VALUES ALIGNMENT This could be a low-cost way to support our allies, endorse the innovative application of web3 technology, and get some exposure to to these high-profile entities.

SCOPE OF WORK Once DDEX agrees to host this presentation, we will send 0.25 ETH to W3M's wallet.

FINANCIAL IMPLICATIONS 0.25 ETH will be disbursed from our treasury.

BRAND USAGE The presentation will include the Lobby3 logo and website. The slide involving these brand elements will be approved before being used.

SUCCESS METRICS OR KPIS Our endorsement could be considered successful if the presentation achieves the goal(s) intended by bestape and W3M Coalition, and/or if any of the DDEX members decide to connect with us as a result of this presentation.
