Overview: Launch a Branding Asset Contest, sponsored by the Lobis Operational Funds for a total amount of 10 $LOBI (Increased by 2 $LOBI from the 8 $LOBI Draft Proposal to add 2 $LOBI for an Animated Video Budget).

Optional: This can be supported by further donations from the community to incentivize contributions. (Donation amount TBC)
