LIP-09: LODE emissions to DPX market set to 0

Background:

• Following the Dopex transition to a new protocol called Stryke and the end of the DPX token as we know it, we believe it is time now to deprecate its market on Lodestar Finance.

Rationale:

• By setting the LODE emissions to the DPX markets to 0, we will be reducing its APR and hence its TVL. Once most of the users will have withdrawn their liquidity, we will follow up by sunsetting the market

Voting Instructions:

• Vote Yes if you agree to set LODE emissions at 0 for the DPX markets
• Vote No if you are against it

Proposal will go live on Snapshot after a 5 days discussion period
