LIP-10: plvGLP Market Deprecation

Background:

Following the recent events at PlutusDAO, the transition to a community led DAO and the pause of the plvGLP contract without notice, we think it is time to wind down the plvGLP market on Lodestar Finance. We invite all users leveraging plvGLP to close their position before August 1st.

Vote Yes if you agree to:

Discontinue the plvGLP oracle Pause all the plvGLP market functions Set collateral factor to 0

Vote No if you are against it

If the proposal passes, the plvGLP market will be formally deprecated on August 1. At this point in time all remaining positions will be liquidated.
