Move $YGGLOK to Polygon

As suggested by Knight.av this is a proposal to re-mint YGGLOK token over on Polygon.

How would this be implemented? We would take a snapshot and re-mint in exact quantities to exact same addresses over on Polygon and switch over to using that for governance and operations.

Why? It's really expensive to do anything with this token on Ethereum. If we get rid of the gas burden, we'll be able to do things like:

-Quickswap pool -Play to earn for YGGLOK tokens -Distribution of land earnings to token holders -Staking of $YGGLOK for ^ Above all subject to governance approval and individual proposals of course. Solving the gas issue is just the step that opens the door potentially to other stuff.
