Contract Vonelgg for Visual Rebranding

Background

A design update and rebranding of the DAOs visual and non-visual components, narrative, vision, and messaging has been emphasized as the main initiative of Season 2. The development of a strong, cohesive brand identity, and voice is the first step in this process. Vonelgg is a filmmaker and creative director that serves as a photographer and identity designer at Blacksmith Branding. We have the confidence that he has the skills necessary to assist the DAO in achieving a successful rebrand and pushing a narrative that is cohesive and inline with our Identity and Voice.

Scope of Work:

Vonelgg will assist Bitwizard with non-visual components of Brand Identity. These components include vision, Values, and Identity. Upon conceptualization of the non-visual components of our brand, Vonelgg will create visual representations of our Vision, Values, and Identity. These visual representations include but are not limited to:

• Branding Guidelines
• Logo update
• Templates for social media post
• Updated header image for twitter
• Other creative elements to push an on-brand redesign

Funding Requirements:

Through Negotiation, The DAO and Vonelgg have come to an amount of compensation for completion of the required task. The proposed compensation amounts to 2.29 ETH and 169,000 London. 50% will be paid at the initiation of the contract and the remaining 50% will be paid upon satisfactory completion of the project. This allocation is believed to be in the best interests of both parties, and it represents a decision to invest in our future and sustainability as a DAO in the web3 and NFT environment.
