Summary: LCL proposes a budget for approval for the subsequent 12-months. We’re moving rapidly to accelerate a cure for Long COVID. As the next vote for TGE approaches in Sept. 2025, this budget is designed to sustainably facilitate the research and development to accomplish our mission – through the TGE and beyond.

Proposal: • Open Source Treatment Registry – $375,000 to build a global registry capturing patient experiments, compensating contributors, and applying AI/ML to identify effective treatments and phenotypes. • Research & Evidence Acceleration – $250,000 to design studies, collect FDA-compliant real-world data, and generate evidence to guide treatment approvals and physician decisions. • Marketing & Growth – $150,000 for brand building, media, KOL engagement, and community growth to ensure a successful token launch and sustained value. • Biomarker Development – $250,000 to develop SARS-CoV-2 persistence testing (e.g., digital transcriptomics, ELISA, ddPCR, HRV) to match patients with targeted treatments. • Patient Grant Fund – $100,000 to provide financial assistance for patients to access essential treatments.
