Summary: This proposal presents two options for enabling token transferability. Vote on whether to make the $COVID token transferable now or to re-vote in September 2025. The team believes delaying transferability is in the best interest of the project, as the core fundamentals (clinical traction and token utility) are not yet in place.

Option 1: Enable Token Transferability Now • Lift the transfer restriction on the $COVID token in June 2025, allowing holders to freely trade and transfer tokens immediately. • If you vote for this option and the proposal does not pass, and you wish to exit the project, you may submit your interest in offboarding your tokens. The team is exploring a voluntary, peer-to-peer OTC matching process where early token holders who wish to exit may find community-aligned contributors interested in entering the project at the original auction price. Option 2: Delay Transferability And Re-Vote in September 2025 • Delay the enablement of token transferability to build real momentum, generate demand, and launch with credibility. This path gives us the time to strengthen token utility, community alignment, and onboard more patients—creating a real launch, not just a liquidity event. The goal is to maximize long-term value by building traction, trust, and visibility before we hit the market.
