Should the quarterly token be automatically added to LP protocol fee distributions for its 1st quarter?

Each quarter LRC token holders will vote on a new token to be supported on Loopring (https://vote.loopring.io/#/proposal/0x080531cd46ca897ca97e7f8586ba96ef4fd9e02c2dbbd3b033b7a9c814dea5c3). In addition, an AMM pool will be created for each newly supported token.

Since the winning token's corresponding AMM pool will have little to no liquidity to being with, should the quarterly token be automatically added to LP protocol fee distributions for its 1st quarter to help to help jump-start its liquidity.

Voting 'YES' will automatically add the quarterly voted token's corresponding AMM pool to LP protocol fee distribution for the 1st quarter after its addition.
