Should LRC LPs be allowed to vote on Loopring proposals using their LP tokens?

There has been significant demand for LRC LPs to be able to vote on Loopring Improvement Proposals (LIPs). Many LPs have pointed out that they have to choose between providing liquidity on Loopring Layer 2 and voting on Loopring governance. This proposal's goal is to allow the community to decide whether LP token voting should be implemented.

Voting will be supported for the following LRC LPs:

• LRC / ETH
• LRC / USDC
• LRC / USDT
• LRC / WBTC
• LRC / MASK LRC Pools initialized in the future will also be supported.

Voting 'YES' will allow LRC LPs to vote with their LP tokens on all future proposals.
