Never accept AGLD as a governance token

AGLD as a governance token creates a conflict of interest between loot holders and AGLD holders. It also seems unnecessary - voting seems to work perfectly well using loot itself as a governance token rather than a supplementary token. Accordingly I propose that AGLD is never accepted as the governance token and loot itself is used instead.
