Dear LOOTaDOG community members, Hello, We're LOOTaDOG’s Community Operation team.

Regarding the first GENESIS DOG NFT sale, 
we are pleased to report that 
our 1000 NFTs sold out in just 35 seconds.

However, 
a number of users have voiced the fact that many people, 
including DOGPASS users and Allowlist (AL) users, 
were not able to purchase the NFTs they had hoped for.

Therefore, 
we are planning to have a final round of GENESIS DOG NFT minting
in order to make the NFT available to more users.

The limitation of NFT purchase per wallet in the final round minting is 
🔹DOGPASS holders is 5 per wallet
🔹Allowlist is 2 per wallet

We guarantee there will be a separate round especially 
for AL holders and it only open for allowlist users in this round. 

Lastly, 
We are pleased to announce the 1st LOOTaDOG DAO vote.

Words for current GENESIS DOG NFT owners:

The initial round NFT "Gold G" was priced for 0.028 ETH.

The final round issued NFTs will be in "Silver G", 
the design will be almost the same, 
only the Genesis mark will change from Gold to Silver.

We believe that the "Gold G" and "Silver G" differentiation 
should be made 
and the selling price of the "Silver G" should be set higher.

considering the current floor price,
in an effort to maintain a balance with initial round buyers.

The utilities will also differ in TAV when calculating token allocations, 
with Gold having a higher TAV (Total Asset Value) 
and more allocations when issuing tokens.

Quantity: 1888 NFTs (1200 for DOGPASS and 688 for AL)

Quantity: 1666 NFTs (1100 for DOGPASS and 566 for AL)
🔸Reward LADT as an extra benefit of NFT minting.

🟢Proposal C: Current floor price.
Price: 0.095ETH
Quantity: 1111 NFTs (800 for DOGPASS and 311 for AL)
🔸Reward LADT and GENESIS accessory carrier as an extra benefit of NFT minting.

This vote is the first DAO vote from LOOTaDOG, And this time we only grant DOGPASS holders voting access.
