Fork Finance提议与我们Loser Coin社区合作，Fork Finance可以提供给LoserCoin社区一部分其代币$CHECK作为激励，同时，需要Loser Coinx向Fork Finance提供一部分$LOWB作为其流动性挖矿的奖励。

合作方式方面，Fork Finance支持使用$LOWB 单币挖 $CHECK ,也支持使用 LOWB-USDT LP 挖 $CHECK

本提案的目的在于，决定LoserCoin是否与ForkFinance合作，以及合作方式是使用$LOWB单挖还是使用 LOWB-USDT LP来挖
