Community voting or decide alone

sociability is OK. Even if many user are asking for privacy, and protection, and restraining possibilities. It’s perhaps OK too.

But i think a group vote tool would be also a good thing. As part of a social but also a democratic site admin option.

So i would no longer be the only one to decide what the group can do or not.
