Should DAO voting be incentivized using DAO funds?

A proposal to distribute LRC rewards to DAO participants.

In order to incentivize DAO participation and reward DAO voters for making decisions that improve the overall health of the Loopring Protocol:

• 50% of future fee distributions to the DAO will be allocated to a voting reward pool, to be distributed to all DAO voters that participate in any Loopring DAO votes in that calendar month. The remaining half of fee distributions to the DAO will continue to be allocated to the DAO fund.

• In the event there are no proposals to vote on for a month, all funds collected for the voting reward pool will carry over to the following month, until a vote is held and DAO participants are rewarded with all stored voting reward pool funds.

• Rewards will be distributed to L2 wallets and will be allocated to participants based on the total value of all votes cast for the month.

Example: if you vote with 100 LRC in two different proposals in a month, you have cast 200 LRC worth of votes for that month. If the sum of all votes from all proposals that month add to 10000 LRC, you are then eligible for 2% of the voting rewards.

Voting 'YES' will implement this proposal. Voting 'NO' will result in no changes being made to DAO fund distribution.
