Unclaimed raffle winnings. What do now?

Option 1 - One winner daily for each raffle. When a raffle prize goes unclaimed we give it to the winner of the next days raffle (so 1 winner gets .4 eth or 2 manekis) so the pot gets bigger until claimed by a very lucky Maneki indeed. OR Option 2 - Distribute to multiple winners. This way each individual day's prize goes to individual wallets. E.G. If today's eth raffle goes unclaimed (for a second day in a row) tomorrow's raffle will select 3 different wallets as winners. If just one of those goes unclaimed tomorrow, Thursday's raffle will select 2 winners. And so on.
