Should we buy a CryptoPunk with the community chest?

I support the plan laid out by @idnazil. However, instead of giving away 3 apes... I think we should buy a CryptoPunk. If we buy a CryptoPunk , it will generate a TON of buzz and we will have a new platform. We will also likely be able to sell the punk later on down the road for serious profit.
