📜 Proposal:Proposal on establishing a graded weight LUMI staking pool for totem holders 关于为图腾持有者设立分级权重LUMI质押池的提案

As the core asset of Lumiterra's second testing phase, totems have not yet been clearly defined in terms of their actual application scenarios. The cost of obtaining a complete totem varies among players, especially for high-level E-level totems. Due to their rarity and difficulty in obtaining, holders often invest higher costs and trust. To give back to totem holders more fairly and reflect the value differences of complete totems at different levels, we propose to allocate a separate 1% LUMI reward in this MegaDrop event, establish a totem exclusive staking pool, and set different staking weights according to the five levels of A/B/C/D/E (for example, E level has the highest weight, A level has the lowest weight). This design can: Accurately incentivize high cost holders - allowing players who invest more to receive matching returns. Enhance the ecological value of totems - clarify the differences in rights and interests of totems of different levels, and enhance long-term holding motivation. Promote fairness and activity - avoid "one size fits all" distribution and optimize community participation experience.
