LDP-01: LunchDao Constitution Proposal

LunchDAO Constitution

We the holders of $LUNCH, in order to form a more perfect community DAO, promote the Prosperous,Transparency and Democracy, and secure decentralization to ourselves, do establish the first version of Constitution for LunchDAO. We aim to bring Democracy, Prosperous,Transparency and Decentralization for LunchDAO. 1, There will be five multi-signers of LunchDAO treasury and every transaction requires a minimum of 4 people to implement the action.( On the basis of the original signature, 2 people from the Chinese community will be added.) 2, Every Tuesday is the Constitution Day of LunchDAO ( Day of Proposal ) and community members shall be discussing about proposals on Twitter space, Tencent meeting, or Discord’s voice channels. 3, 5 million $LUNCH is the minimal threshold required to launch a proposal. For every proposal, it requires a minimal threshold of 80 million $LUNCH and 40 voters involved to be valid to enter the phase of voting. 4, Anti-whale strategy: the maximal voting power of any individual holder will be no more than 10 million $LUNCH. 5, On LunchDAO’s Constitution’s Day, community members will discuss everything on LunchDAO’s governance issues together on Twitter space, Tencent meeting, or Discord voice channels. After receiving major feedback from members, proposal will be put up upon request. For every proposal, it will be open for voting for 3 days at most and should be executed within 2 days after voting through. 6, Without community voting through related proposal, any transaction from the community treasury is not allowed. Community members can take every action to punish rule-breakers. We encourage community members to take actions within laws, but every token holder has the right to take Unconventional action against any Constitution-breaker. 7, The treasury belongs to all $LUNCH holders. No one will receive salary from LunchDAO treasury. However, early team members who building LunchDAO community have the right to get financial rewards for their contributions in the early age of LunchDAO, which it must be done after voting through. 8, For safety reasons, LunchDAO’s main Gnosis Safe account only functions as a strongbox to keep the community’s digital assets。Project members for specific tasks （advertising, product development，airdrop ) will create another separate Gnosis Safe account as a branch account, and receive funds from the main account of LunchDAO.

我们 $LUNCH 的持有者，为了形成一个更加完善的 DAO，促进繁荣，透明和民主，并确保我们自己的去中心化，建立了第一版的 LUNCHDAO 宪法。我们的目标是为LunchDAO 带来民主、繁荣，透明和去中心化。 1、LunchDAO金库会有5个多重签名者，每笔交易至少需要4人才能执行，（在原多签基础上增选中文社区2人为多签）。 2、每周二为LunchDAO宪法日，和提案日，社区成员将在Twitter空间、腾讯会议或Discord语音频道讨论并提交提案。 3、500万是发起提案所需的最低门槛。对于每项提案，都需要 8000 万$LUNCH的最低门槛和 40 名参与的选民才能进入投票阶段。 4、反鲸策略：任何个人持有者的最大投票权不超过1000万$LUNCH。 5、LunchDAO 宪法日，社区成员将在 Twitter 空间、腾讯会议或 Discord 语音频道上共同讨论有关 LunchDAO 治理问题的一切。在收到会员的重要反馈后，将根据要求提出提案。每项提案最多开放3天投票，并在投票通过后2天内执行。 6、未经社区投票通过相关提案，任何来自社区金库的交易都是不允许的。社区成员可以采取一切行动惩罚违规者。我们鼓励社区成员在法律范围内采取行动，但每个代币持有者都有权对任何违反宪法的人采取非常规行动。 7、金库属于所有$LUNCH持有者。没有人会从LunchDAO国库 领取薪水。然而，LunchDAO 的初期团队成员有权通过投票获得他们在LunchDAO 早期贡献的奖励。 8、出于安全考虑，LunchDAO 的 Gnosis Safe 主账户仅作为保管社区数字资产的保险箱。具有特定任务（广告、产品开发，空投等）的项目成员将创建另一个独立的 Gnosis Safe 账户，并从LunchDAO 的主账户接收资金。
