Self-introduction and your profession

Hello everyone, I'm Cikey and I'm currently in charge of the editorial side of the LXDAO Operations team. For the past 10 years, I've been working in the HR field in the traditional brick-and-mortar industry. Mainly responsible for corporate culture landing, brand copy support, employee satisfaction and compensation and benefits management. Learned about Web3 and LXDAO through a friend, for LXDAO to sustainably support valuable web3 public products and open source mission. I was very interested in the concept of decentralization, openness, transparency, and user sovereignty of the Internet that web3 is trying to create. However, I have to admit that I have stayed in the traditional industry for many years, and I have a certain mindset that for the Web3 field, it is currently in a state of growth, and there are still a lot of things that I need to learn from you. Your Web3 experience

LXDAO is the first DAO I've contacted, and it's also the starting point of my exploration journey of Web3. Currently still in the experience, I think there are still exploring the possibilities.

What would you like to gain from the LXDAO community?

The experience of the heart flow, once someone said that you must bring you, positive energy people, together, LXDAO gives me a kind of such a feeling, the atmosphere is very good, the internal drive to drive forward, want to make more progress. I hope I can realize my self-worth here. At the same time, I can also get a paycheck, so that I can be free, grow and be sustainable.

What would you like to bring to the LXDAO community?

LXDAO mission is to welcome 1 billion users to enter Web3, which will include a lot of white people, precisely because I am a white person into the identity of the white people, so I can better understand white people, how to use the narrative way or more common language to let the public interest in Web3 and active understanding, which is what I am good at.
