TL:DR

Currently, part of the LXDAO treasury funds have been transferred to OP, and the funds on OP have been transferred to sub-treasuries. The timing is mature to place the on-chain assets into AAVE.io for lending and earning interest.

According to Aave’s USDC data, the average APR over the past year is 7.72%.

Due to recent market volatility and significant liquidations, rates have dropped but are slowly recovering. The average APR over the past month is 5.66%.

Currently, the APY is 3.61%, which translates to an APR of 3.54%.

Execution

1. Transfer the stablecoins from the main treasury to the OP network.（Leave 10000-20000 USDC as reserve fund）

2. Convert the stablecoins on the OP network to USDC and deposit them into Aave.

3. Each sub-treasury group will decide whether to deposit their USDC into Aave.
