TL:DR

Propose to create a project management working group within LXDAO called Forge Working Group

Mission: To bring together experienced PMs to mine, identify, and polish good public goods ideas and projects, to measure and evaluate the progress of the working group, and to drive and assist LXDAO projects and efforts to move forward and make LXDAO work better.

This proposal was sent on behalf of Marcus as Q,and the actual sender of this proposal is Q , If this proposal is approved, Q will be the leader of the working group.

Background

Currently there are 15 projects in LXDAO, 4 of them are running well at the moment: EIP Fun, Web3logo, Mississippi, FairSharing.

The following problems exist in the community today

  1. Lack of better facilitation, assistance and project management for projects
  2. Few new projects have been initiated, and very few have been created recently.
  3. Lack of project managers
  4. Lack of professional evaluation of the results of community work, and the inability to rely on community members for judgment.

So what will a PM Working Group do?

  1. we will have experienced PMs to manage, advise, assist, and track the progress of the project through weekly reports and milestones to see if the project has serious deviations in direction and problems.
  2. we'll have people to keep an eye on, dig into, push for projects, find the right people, dig into and polish new projects, and assist in teaming up to make them better. There will be more tracking of ideas on the forums and in the community.
  3. we will dig out and cultivate more potential PMs in the community, and will output some content in the community to help people find more possibilities of product direction.
  4. we will have the experience to judge the performance of the working group objectively and neutrally with ownership people, and we will establish a set of workflow from how to intervene in the project, when to help the project, and how to judge how to stop the project from failing to be fully reported.

Financial Requirements

We run on a Season basis, requesting 8500 LXPU per month from the DAO, 1 LXPU=0.6U+0.4LXP

We will have 1 team leader + 3 fixed members. Fixed members will be paid 40 LXPU/Hour, Team Leader will be 50 LXPU/H. The minimum requirement for fixed members is 10 hours per week, and fixed members will have weekly meetings and seminars that they must participate in. Meanwhile, in order to include more project managers, we will set up bounty packages for the invisible contribution of project managers.

  2. be very proactive and have constructive ideas.
  3. Attend 50% of LXDAO's weekly meetings. 4.
  4. have entrepreneurial experience, have led a team, have experience in project management, and have knowledge of web3.

  3. Existing projects cleaned up and missing project proposals submitted to the website.
  4. Establish a comprehensive compensation system

  2. 我们将会有人持续的关注、挖掘、推动立项、找到合适的人,挖掘打磨新项目,协助组队,使其更加完善。在论坛和社区里将会更多把点子想法跟踪到位
  3. 我们将会在社区里挖掘和培养更多有潜力的 PM,将会在社区输出一些内容来帮助大家寻找更多的产品方向的可能性。
  4. 我们将有经验和 ownership 的人一起,客观中立的评判工作组表现,我们将会建立一套工作流程,从如何介入项目,何时帮助项目,以及判断项目如何算是停止失败,将会做充分的报告说明。

财务需求

我们按照季度运行,向 DAO 请求每月 8500 LXPU, 1 LXPU=0.6U+0.4LXP

我们将会由 1 个组长+3 个固定成员。固定成员时薪 40LXPU/H,组长为 50LXPU/H,固定成员最低要求每周 10 个小时,固定成员开周会和讨论会必须参与。同时,我们为了纳入更多的项目经理,针对项目经理的隐形贡献,我们将会设置 Bounty 包
