How
It is now proposed to set up a technical expert group within LXDAO. The following is a preliminary plan. Some specific details will be gradually formulated after the group is established. At present, it is mainly to confirm the direction and position of responsibilities, etc.

- From the perspective of LXDAO, evaluate the personnel demand and working hours evaluation plan (not formulate and make a decision, but check the final plan, evaluate from a technical perspective, and the project needs to provide a convincing task breakdown plan), including follow-up POW work Evaluation of POW in the way
- If experts raise objections, internal adjustments can be made. If there are still objections, they can be announced to the community and evaluated by the entire expert group
- Capacity assessment (again, it may be necessary for the expert group and the governance group to develop a specific mechanism)

- The default is junior and intermediate level. If you actively apply to become a senior level, you need to provide feedback from the project PM and technical experts.

- More than 2 years of working experience in the Web3 field, with actual project experience recognized by the community
- An expert in the field of Web3 technology, with successful Web3 project experience or rich content output in the Web3 field (industry research, research reports)
- Have successful and mature medium and large project experience, rich practical experience
- Have open source community participation and contribution experience
- Awareness of active communication and clear logic and expression
