Summary The purpose of redesigning the official website is to make it easier for people to understand LXDAO and to enhance specific features so that buidlers may work together to create projects that are more valuable. We are currently in need of a Front End developer who can join us to get the new website online more quickly.

Proposal Description

Background An official website is a place for people to learn more about a DAO fast and directly. The current version of the LXDAO official website was built a few months ago when there were no designer resources, and many UI/UX designs and functions needed to be improved. As a result, I started this project to revamp it. We’ve completed the majority of the project design work, and some pages' UI/UX design work, but we don’t have enough Front End resources to make it happen quickly, so decided to make this proposal to find one Front End developer to join us buidl it together.

Scope of work Season 1 of this project is to develop 5 pages, which are the homepage, buidler list, buidler detail, project list, and project detail page. The UI/UX design is in the final stage(https://www.figma.com/file/wnonpGPk0PtbOvOmKtRWm3/LXDAO-website-new?node-id=225%3A10994).

Duration

1. UI/UX: 20 hours (done)
2. Project Design: 8 hours (done)
3. Front End development: 60 hours (20 hours for the homepage + 40 hours for the other four pages)
4. Backend development: 20 hours

Treasury Expenditures We’ve done the project design and UI/UX design work for season 1, and the homepage Front End development is in progress, so now we expect to have an intermediate/senior Front End developer join us to buidl the rest of the pages.

It’s about 1200 LXPoints total for the four buidler/project pages. If you are a member of the LXDAO foundation team, it should be 1200 * 0.3 = 360 LXPoints.

Key results

2. No functional/UI issues.
3. The buidler onboarding process and join project process are smooth and clear.
4. People can get the LXDAO information easily and clearly from the LXDAO Official Website.
