LIP57：Officially Initiate the "Nantang DAO" Project

TL;DR Establish the "Nantang DAO" project to bring Web3 to rural areas and practice the ideal lifestyle that LXDAO strives for.

Background After a quarter of exploration by the Nantang LX Virtual Team, we have officially established Nantang DAO in Nantang, Fuyang, Anhui. Nantang DAO, incubated by LXDAO, is dedicated to using Web3 to achieve rural revitalization. As the quarter comes to an end and the Nantang LX Virtual Team's tasks are completed, we propose to formally launch the "Nantang DAO" project within LXDAO to further deepen cooperation between the two organizations.

Description What makes your project innovative?

On July 30, 2024, during his speech at the Ethereum Developer Conference (EDCON), Vitalik stated that Ethereum's next decade will focus on impacting the real world. Since the NFT boom, the entire Web3 development direction has begun to integrate with real life. While it's still unclear how Web3 will ultimately change lives and shape new forms of production relationships, it is certain to happen. I hope this transformation will occur through the collaboration between LXDAO and Nantang DAO.

Details Launching Nantang DAO within LXDAO signifies the establishment of a long-term, deep cooperative relationship between the two entities:

LXDAO will provide Nantang DAO with support in terms of members, technology, Web3 education, industry information, and publicity. Both parties will share channel resources. Relevant costs incurred by LXDAO services will be covered by Nantang DAO. Nantang DAO commits to retroactive airdrops to LXDAO depending on future developments.

Team Setting PM: Yu Xing, former PM of the Nantang LX Team, and one of the key drivers behind the establishment of Nantang DAO. Budget The expenses for this project will be borne by Nantang DAO. Based on the monthly FairSharing records and specific discussions, Nantang DAO's treasury will transfer the corresponding funds to LXDAO's treasury, and LXDAO will then disburse the payments.

Bounty We request a monthly Bounty budget of 1000 LXP to reward LXDAO and Nantang DAO members who make outstanding contributions to the project.

Project Revenue Distribution Revenue distribution for this project will be proposed separately when LXDAO participates in future profitable projects.

Fundraising Our project model will involve fundraising in the future, and negotiations will be conducted based on the actual amount raised.

Background 经过一个季度南塘LX虚拟小组的探索，我们在安徽阜阳南塘正式成立了南塘DAO，南塘DAO是由LXDAO孵化的、一个致力于以Web3实现乡村振兴的DAO，现由于季度尾声，南塘LX虚拟小组任务完成，希望在LXDAO正式立项《南塘DAO》项目，以推进两个组织更加深度合作。

Description 为什么您要建设的项目具有新颖性？ Vitalik 在 2024 年 7 月 30 日在以太坊开发者大会 EDCON的演讲上说，以太坊下一个十年会关注对现实世界的影响，而从NFT热潮开始，整个Web3的发展方向就开始向与现实生活结合迈进了，至于最终Web3会如何改变生活，塑造何种新型的生产关系，现在还不得而知，但它一定会发生，我希望它发生在LXDAO与南塘DAO。

LXDAO为南塘DAO提供成员、技术、Web3教育、行业资讯、宣传等支持 双方渠道资源共享 LXDAO服务所产生的相关费用由南塘DAO支付 南塘DAO承诺视发展情况给予LXDAO回溯性空投
