Move LXDAO Community Call to Sat

At the moment, LXDAO Community Call is held at 7:30 PM UTC+8. However, there are a few challenges with this timing:

• It’s not convenient for overseas builders such as those in New Zealand and the United States.
• Some builders might be working overtime in the office or have other commitments during the workday.

I propose changing the community call to around 10:00 AM UTC+8 on Sat:

This new time would be more convenient for most builders. Those in the US would typically have finished work earlier on Friday, and those in Asia would be able to participate in the morning on weekends. This timing is also better for overall health and wellness.

After soft voting, 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM UTC+8 on Sat got the most votes, here I post the snapshot voting to make the change officially. If the change got approved, the next Community Call will be moved from 8th March to 11th March.

Also, we might use a better meeting software or solution beyond Discord, most likely Microsoft Teams, which will change later.
