Background

Builders in the community, after several rounds of discussions and voting, we finally decided to set up a technical expert working group, and formally established the group with the former Core Team members as initial members. Recently, the group has held many discussions within the group, clarifying the job responsibilities, Recent tasks and reward mechanism. In order to maintain the operation of the technical expert group, we are now applying for a budget from the community, which will be counted and spent according to the budget and return mechanism.

Timeline

The working group will be reviewed for each season. And this proposal is for LXDAO Season 4.

Budgets and Distribution

Budget

The estimated number of personnel in this quarter is up to 5 people, calculated according to the maximum budget, if the number of personnel does not meet the standard, the expenditure will be calculated according to the actual number of people.

Expenditure items (the following USD contain part of LXP):

1. Leaders get a fixed monthly subsidy of 400U, a total of 1200 U
2. Task salary, 40 U per hour per person, calculated based on the minimum investment of 7.5 hours per person per week, total: 407.5543 = 18000 U
3. Total quarterly budget: 1200 + 18000 U = 19200 U

Payment method

1. The task salary is recorded using the POW workload, and everyone reviews it together at the end of each month, and the PM calculates the expenditure and distribution, and initiates multi-signature for salary payment

1. Membership
   1. Complete the establishment of a 5-person technical team
2. Project follow-up
   1. Follow up the progress of core projects within DAO every week, participate in weekly meetings, assess risks, and provide suggestions.
   2. Complete the follow-up of more than 5 projects.
   3. Support more than 3 projects to go online normally.
3. Project research
   1. Support DAO to complete technical research and docking of more than 10 projects, and produce research briefings.
4. Initiate technical projects
   1. Try to start the Web3 technology introductory data compilation project to provide systematic learning materials for Web3 newcomers.
   2. Try to start the open source book Ethereum diagram.
