Make Descrow $DOTC IFO with $MCRN instead of $BUSD.
As you know and we published the IFO rules below Medium article, IFO would be done with BUSD payment. We offer IFO to be done with $MCRN. If voting passes, Descrow team will create MCRN-DOTC LP after the IFO, instead of DOTC-BUSD LP. And DOTC-MCRN LP will have incentivized farm on MacaronSwap.
