Allow for releasing 20k MCRN tokens from Development Budget for Cross Staking pools.
MacaronSwap has launched TAPE, TBAKE, CAKE cross-pool activities so far. We're eager to extend this kind of partnerships on another platforms too. There will be Stake X-Token earn MCRN and Stake MCRN to earn X-Token cross staking pools. This pools are needs to be funded by MCRN. Developments budget will decrease from 130k MCRN to 110k MCRN if this proposal passes.
