Development Budget #1
Allow dev team to "seperate" 20k MCRN tokens from development budget(cold wallet to hot wallet) to make spendable for required situations like auditing, outsource devs hiring etc. (We agreed with a reputable audit company, details will be disclosed soon).
This doesn't mean 20k tokens will be sold after voting. This is permission to spend up to 20k tokens till next development budget voting. 130k MCRN will remain at cold wallets as well.
