This proposal seeks to gather input from vlMGP holders on whether Magpie should support Penpie’s PIP #22, which requests a budget of up to $50,000 for professional legal advisory services. The proposed budget would cover compliance reviews, risk assessments, and legal representation related to Penpie’s strategic transition following the shift from vePENDLE to sPENDLE. This MIP allows vlMGP holders to guide Magpie’s vote on a matter that directly affects the operational integrity and long-term viability of Penpie within the broader Magpie ecosystem.
