[MIP #72] - Support ListaDAO Emissions Redistribution Proposal

Abstract

This proposal seeks to gather feedback from vlMGP holders on whether Magpie should support Listapie’s LIP #02 which mirrors the original proposal made by ListaDAO. It introduces a revised emissions model for LISTA, where veLISTA holders receive a base reward and additional incentives for voting on LP pools. The outcome of this vote will determine Magpie’s stance in Listapie governance on this matter.

Motivation

It is essential to consult vlMGP holders on key decisions affecting SubDAOs where Magpie holds governance power. Supporting LIP #02 would align with Magpie’s broader vision of promoting decentralized governance and active community engagement. By backing this redistribution model, we aim to encourage deeper veLISTA participation, strategic liquidity deployment, and broader ecosystem growth—principles that mirror Magpie’s values across its ecosystem.

Vote on whether Magpie should support Listapie’s LIP #02 proposal to implement a new emissions distribution model, allowing veLISTA holders to receive additional rewards by voting on LP incentives.
