[MIP-7] Code4rena Audit

Due to Code4rena changing their rates at the end of the year, they have offered to maintain the current rates if we lock/schedule the audits before the change happens.

We have filled in their form with the estimated scope of the audit. The whole scope will be approximately 6k sloc (lines of code) which include our Unified Liquidity Solution (pools, factory and router), the voting and gauge system (bHERMES, vlMAIA), our UniswapV3Staker, Crosschain token Management and Talos. To fully audit our protocol there are requirements such as understanding Uniswap V3, Anycall and Optimistic Rollups (specifically Arbitrum).

From this info, we were recommended this award pool size and potentially boosting it to further incentivising the wardens:

• $202,000 USDC total cost
• Includes a $140k award pool

This includes triage as well. (Process/Categorize submissions made by Wardens)

The contest is expected to start at the end of February and take two weeks.
