[MIP-8] Zellic Audit

To reserve a space for our audit with Zellic, they require a 50% deposit of the estimated final price. We have shared a repository with most of our contracts with their team and they have came to us with the price for that scope. They are aware that we are still going to increase the scope but the cost for what we shared with them is $112,500 USD.

So in order to schedule the audit, we will need to do a deposit of 56,250 USD.

The audit is expected to take place in the beginning of February and take three weeks.
