Today we are excited to share our first improvement proposal. Here we formalize the previous discussions related to hiring Multifarm.fi to create a state-of-the-art dashboard for the Maia DAO Treasury.

Summary

The dashboard will enable an easy and transparent way to get detailed info and insights into how the protocol generates revenues, as well as sources and utility of the entire ecosystem. This investment will not only make us stand out in terms of user experience, but also attract new users to our ecosystem by giving them more confidence in the sustainability of their investments.

As an example, the launch of the OlympusDAO-Multifarm treasury dashboard helped investors to regain confidence in OHM. This led to a 40% increase in the price of the OHM token just 7 days after the dashboard unveil.

Maia DAO <> Multifarm.fi

Multifarm has proposed building us a state of the art dashboard. It is highly scalable and easy to maintain. It is also very flexible, meaning new strategies can easily be added.

It will support cross-chain, partners, etc. The maintenance will be done via a back-end service paired with a comprehensive UI, which will also enable contributors without coding skills to maintain it.

Multifarm will also provide us with endpoints with an API-Key for the team so we can reuse that data at the front-end and for internal use. We will also get access to the repository.

Total 15 ETH for the treasury overview:

• This includes the treasury assets under management, along with their deployment location, along with their history and other metrics a standard POL has.

Total 30 ETH for treasury overview + detailed revenue streams/strategies, partners:

• This includes all the previously discussed benefits and an in depth look into all of Maia's treasury strategies. Right now it only includes Hermes Protocol farming with LPs and collecting fees/bribes via voting with veHermes, but additional strategies will be added in the future.

On top off the dashboard deal the Multifarm team is offering a marketing bundle (Twitter announcements/threads, podcast episode and Medium article) free of charge to make the deal more attractive.

Conclusion

A huge amount of work goes into creating a custom dashboard. We believe having a detailed overview of our Treasury is necessary and gives a great overview of critical metrics and strengthens trust and transparency for our community and ecosystem. Multifarm enables us to have this within 4 weeks.

We want to add that Multifarm is not only doing dashboards for Ohm Forks, they are actually in partnerships with DAOs, FaaS and DeFi protocols such as Redacted Cartel, Re-imagined Finance (REFI), BoringDAO and more.

Nevertheless, Olympus DAO's dashboard is an excellent example of the value that they would bring to our ecosystem.
