MDP-04: Mail3 Merchandise Production and Offline Event Promotion Plan

Proposal Background

As the Mail3 brand matures and develops, we need to strengthen brand promotion and publicity, allowing more people to understand and recognize Mail3. To achieve this goal, we plan to use Gitcoin donation funds to create a series of creative and attractive Mail3 merchandise for offline event promotion and further promote the development of Mail3 culture.

I. Objectives

• Create creative and attractive Mail3 merchandise to expand brand awareness.
• Promote Mail3 merchandise through offline events to increase brand influence.
• Facilitate the spread and development of Mail3 culture, creating value for users.

II. Implementation Strategy

1. Select Mail3 ambassadors from around the world to serve as local organizers and liaisons.
2. Design and produce a series of Mail3 merchandise, such as T-shirts, hats, wristbands, stickers, stamps, etc.
3. Distribute merchandise at offline events to attract participants' attention and involvement in the Mail3 ecosystem.
4. Encourage Mail3 community members to actively participate in events, share their experiences with the merchandise, and spread Mail3 culture.
5. The cost and details of each application for merchandise production will be publicly disclosed.

III. Voting Eligibility

Due to the involvement of donation funds, only Mail3 Silver badge holders are eligible to vote on this proposal.

IV. Publicity Time and Participation Time

• The publicity period is 3 days from the date of the proposal's publication.

• Participation Time: March 25, 2023 - April 5, 2023 (2 weeks)

We invite Mail3 Silver badge holders to actively participate in discussions, provide opinions, and suggestions during the publicity period. We look forward to working together to promote the development and cultural dissemination of the Mail3 brand.

5. 每次申请制作周边产品的费用和明细将进行公示。

由于涉及捐赠资金的用途，本提案投票仅限 Mail3的银牌持有者参与。
