About Us:

We have been active in the crypto industry for 5 years. We have been concentrating on software knowledge for the last 2 years. We have been operating in testnet activities in the market for the last 1 year. We have been following the developments on the SSV network since November… We have a telegram group where we follow and analyze these developments. This group is an unofficial SSV Turkey Solidarity Platform. We share our knowledge and experience about SSV with 239 members. (ssv_tr)

In addition, we manage the Turkey channel on the Official SSV Discord Server.

SSV is a project that we really value. Since November, we have been trying to help Turkish members with questions and problems as much as we can on different platforms. And of course voluntarily.

What Do We Guarantee?

We have had many operators on the testnet since November. We did a lot of different server and performance tests. We have both benefited from SSV and brought ourselves to the best level in the field of SSV. And finally, we launched our latest operator, which we believe will represent our community in the best possible way. Currently, our performance is ~98% per month.

1. We guarantee that our monthly performance will not fall below 90%. (Usually 95%-100%)

We promise to always keep our node up to date.

2. Node version updates will be performed within 0-48 hours after release (usually in the first 24 hours).

We are always active so that you can get 24/7 support. You can always reach us on the Turkey Channel of the Official SSV Discord Server. You can also reach us by joining our own discord server, which we shared above.

3. 24/7 live support. (Turkish and English)

• We commit to issue a postmortem in case of node downtime of over 12 hours
• We commit to notify validators and network participants about a planned downtime at least 48 hours in advance
• In addition, in the event of an unplanned outage, this interruption will be reported with an emergency announcement and will be corrected as soon as possible.
• We commit to maintain and update our operator page to make sure stakers are able to make informed decisions about our service.
