Mantra Dao on Moonriver ?

This proposal will help Mantra Dao to shift its ETH functions on Moonriver. This will be beneficial to each and every person interacting on Mantra Dao App in ETH network as the gas fees are high and also Shifting to Moonriver is easy by just copying the code.This will also help community to better reach and reduce gas issues.I also created the proposal for migrating to BSC and MATIC and look we all are able to take active part in the ecosystem.
