Use a lottery system within Zendit

1. Require an allocation of OM tokens
2. Allow list all participants with their corresponding Tier
3. Add a button to Commit required allocation during a Window of time (ie: 3 days)
4. Update the Zendit contract to implement a lottery mechanism after the Deadline
5. Upon declaring the winners, the ones that didn't get in will receive their committed allocation back 100%.

Upsides:

• Avoid circumstantial high fees by extending the allocation window.
• Less stressful and more inclusive to all Sherpas that are in different timezones
• It'll be a much fair allocation of tokens for the community
• This contract won't promote congestion in the network Cons:
• It's a new contract update - needs more testing
• You won't get the rush of FCFS :)
