Fix liquidity staking pool claim tokens bug

Currently on the liquidity pool staking section, you are not able to claim earned tokens if you do not have any tokens staked on the liquidity pool section on the app.

Should the interface be fixed to allow a user to claim earned tokens, even if they do not have any lp tokens staked?
