Increase APR for stakers that are already staking for more then 30 days and are going to stake for at least another 30 days. -First 30 days: 88,88% -Second 30 days(locked): 888,8% -Third 30 days: choice between (1)regular 88,88% or (2)60 days lock for 888,8% After which if choice (1) back to First 30 days, or if choice (2) back to Second 30 days.
