Create a 5-Person Team

MFI began with a core team of 5 developers and several contributors. Their main function was to bring the protocol to market and provide the necessary guidance to the best of their ability.

With the soon-to-release V2 of the dApp, the time has come to take the protocol to the next level. What will be referred to as “MFI Evolution 2.0.”

The proposal is to bring together some of the brightest minds involved as MFI token holders or contributors of MFI to accomplish that objective.

The initial proposed team to lead “MFI Evolution 2.0” are Manuel Levi, Choff Geoff, Greg MS, Andrey, and Ed of @makebiggerprofits.

Compensation of Team Members

Further, it is proposed those individuals, and individuals who supersede them shall receive compensation to be paid in MFI at a rate of $35USD per hour for an average of 32 hours per month.

Initial Term of Members

It is also proposed, the initial term shall be for a 6-month period. At the end of the initial 6-month period, the term shall be reduced to 3-month periods. From that point forward, every 3-months, a new vote shall be created to keep, replace team members, or dissolve the team.

Creation of “Growth Actions” in Discord to Keep all Interested Parties Up to Date With the Activities of MFI

The team shall post activities on Discord under a new Marketing tab: “Growth Actions.” The team shall post their activities on a biweekly basis, beginning January 12, 2022, dependent upon the approval of this vote.
