Resolving the OpenSea problem that is affecting the Marnotaur NFT Collection

Since the middle of December 2021, the Marnotaur team has been trying to solve the problem relating to the Marnotaur NFT Collection on OpenSea. Users were not able to see the floor price of the NFTs, nor buy nor sell them.

Our platform’s core team has been in contact with the website’s support team but still to this day, the discussion continues and we have not been offered a solution to this disappointing technical problem yet.

The issue is not connected with any actions taken by our team, as we have not made any changes to the smart contract lately.

At the moment, we can offer two solutions:

• Wait until OpenSea’s support team gets to the root of the problem.
• Re-upload the Marnotaur NFT Collection on OpenSea, though this option carries some risks and the probability of not being able to use the same smart contract again.

The Marnotaur team is keen to hear what its audience thinks and would like to know how the community would like the problem to be resolved.
