Abstract: Getting 50% of the total supply to be voted seems to be a tall order at the current stage. It's time to use more sophisticated tools to help us achieve it!

Details: After a lot of discussion and back and forth between community members about ways to unlock the TOP dao it seems clear that we need to incentivise vote participation further. The following proposal has emerged:

1. Firstly, a farm that rewards TOP holders through staking of the TOP token and automatically votes for the the unlocking of the dao.

Meanwhile, as the dao is still locked and we cannot utilize its TOP tokens as rewards, a secondary "IOU" type token will be created, let's call it fTOP, which will be redeemed for TOP tokens after the dao unlocks.

The devs will need some time to work on the contracts for vote implementation and farming - this won’t be a quick task as they are reasonably complicated contracts. The devs will need to be paid from the DAO once it unlocks for this work - this will be included in the vote contract as well. We may have to consider backstopping this if we think it will be an issue for the DAO to pay.

2. Secondly, there have been good ideas around getting other communities involved but they should have some skin in the game. The idea around this is that holding certain other NFTs/tokens would work as boosts for the fTOP farming rate.

We consider:

• boost for all holders of hashmask NFTs that buy and farm TOP
• boost for holders of certain amount of MASK token that buy and farm TOP
• boost for holders of certain amount of RARI token that buy and farm TOP
• boost for particular / iconic NFTs (we can pick for instance Cobies Waifu, 0xb1’s Punk, etc) to encourage some big influencers to jump in TOP.
