MatrixDAO Proposal#4 - Join IstanDAO event as a co-builder

Summary This proposal seeks to use treasury to participate IstanDAO event in Turkey in mid Nov as a co-builder.

IstanDAO is a two-day event (15-16 Nov) that aims to provide an IRL platform where DAOs can meet to discuss the evolution of decentralised organisation and its potential impact on the future of web3 development. BanklessDAO, Layka DAO and SeeDAO are co-initiators of the event.

It will involve an invitation only 'unconference' a participant driven event that tackles the major issues currently facing DAO's with the aim to create a new frame work going forwards to collectively move forward the DAO ecosystem, and a half day content agenda on the Istanbul Blockchain Week main stage completely focused on DAO’s.

It would be great if we could be onboard to join the first ever offline DAO forum together with the other 20+ DAOs to explore the DAO's possibility, DAO2DAO collaboration and more brand exposure to Matrix DAO.

1. Cover the travel expense of one MatrixDAO core member as the representative to attend the event.
