How Should Lava Seed Investments Be Handled?

Lava is dissolving, and therefore a decision must be made on how to handle the remaining seed investments.

We would like to distribute what is left in the treasury (about $35k, potentially more) and also hold this vote to determine what to do with the seed investments.

There is about $50k worth that we could potentially sell to a willing buyer (most likely at a loss/discount).

This vote is to determine whether we liquidate the seed investments or not. If we do not liquidate, this just means that we will sell them as they vest and distribute the USDC accordingly.

The upside of liquidating now is that you will get funds immediately, but likely at a larger loss.

The upside of liquidating over 2+ years is that there is the potential for the projects to do well and receive a multiple on the investment, therefore potentially recouping more of your investment.
