Phase 2 Migration Gas Fee Reimbursement

Hi Maverick fam! To make the Phase 2 migration easier for our community members, we are allocating a gas fee reimbursement to liquidity providers (LPs) who migrate successfully before 10:00 PM EST, May 24, 2023.

[Specification] To qualify for the reimbursement, LPs must migrate 100% of their total liquidity provided to Maverick Phase 1 to Maverick Phase 2 by May 24 at 10:00 PM EST. Please make sure to add liquidity to Phase 2 using the same wallet you used on Phase 1.

The reimbursement will be allocated across the following categories:

1. $40,000 value of ETH will be sent to migrated LPs on the Ethereum mainnet, capped at $100 per wallet (400+ users). These reimbursements will be sent using a “first migrated, first served” rule until the $40,000 allocation of ETH is fully used, based on the time order of successful on-chain transactions on Ethereum mainnet.
2. $10,000 value of ETH will be sent to migrated LPs on zkSync Era, capped at $20 per wallet (500+ users). These reimbursements will be sent using a “first migrated, first served” rule until the $10,000 allocation of ETH is fully used, based on the time order of successful on-chain transactions on zkSync Era.

Although there are caps on the total amount of gas reimbursements, any LP who has more than $1,000 worth of liquidity on Phase 1 and migrates it to Phase 2 by May 24 at 10:00 PM EST will remain eligible to claim a gas reimbursement up to the individual cap ($100 for mainnet users; $20 for zkSync Era users) even if the allocations above have been fully used. These users should open a support ticket on Discord.

[Delivery Time of the Reimbursement] All gas reimbursements will be sent by June 30, 2023. The reimbursement will be sent as $ETH on zkSync Era.

If you have qualified for a gas reimbursement, you will receive it in the same wallet that you used to provide liquidity on Maverick. After you have migrated your liquidity, you do not need to do anything else before June 30, 2023.

[What else do I need to know?] All LPs who migrate their liquidity before May 24th, 2023 will be receiving a special badge on their Maverick Position NFT in June! More details to follow in our announcement channel.

The total reimbursement amount received by a migrating LP will not be higher than the total gas fees they actually spent to migrate their liquidity.
