Kickstarting the Maverick Community Localization Project

Summary: Localizing Marverick's documentation and material will help users in other non-English language regions to understand Maverick faster and better. This will consequently make the onboarding process of new community members much easier, as well as create a more welcoming environment for all. This first effort will focus on the Chinese, Indonesian & Russian communities. This will be achieved by rewarding community members with USDC rewards & Maverick Warrior Credits for translating selected Maverick documents and blog articles.

Maverick OGs will also be able to participate by reviewing the deliverables. 50 USDC will be raffled among OGs who submitted valid corrections.
